Looks like South Korea is getting its very first Android phone in the form of the Motorola MOTOROI. This is the same guy we all first saw as the Motorola Sholes, as sort-of Droid without the keyboard. Fortunately it's much more than that. The standards for mobile devices are much higher than in the US, and the feature set reflects that fact.
Looks like the MOTOROI will be the first Motorola device to run MOTOBLUR, Motorola's social spin on Android, on Android 2.0. Not only that, but it's also packing an 8MP Camera, Xenon Flash, 720p video, HDMI out, TV-tuner, and microSD up to 32GB. Keep in mind, these things that all sound wacky and futuristic to us are standard in Korea, which I find monstrously disappointing. No word on the processor, but it'd have to be pretty hefty to handle all this functionality. If only this guy were coming to the states......a guy can dream, can't he?
Full release deets after the jump.
