Are you still having trouble figuring out how Google Buzz fits into the spectrum of social networking? No? Well, for those of you who are believers in the school of thought that Google Buzz is best served as a location based service for use on smartphones, Google may have just added a little fodder to your argument.
Google has just released a stand alone Google Buzz widget. By its name of the app, you can probably guess that it allows you to post content to Google Buzz without using your phone's web browser. The widget allows users to post text content, photos, and groups of photos to show your location. Every update has the option of being sent as a public or private Buzz as well. The Update only works on Android devices running Android 1.6 or higher.
This may be serious a step in the direction of defining what Google Buzz is, so head over to the Android Market and Buzz away.
